Shipping policy
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Swag:
All our products are printed on an at order basis in order to keep costs low for our customers, and maintain high standards for our products.
After submitting your order it will be selected, printed, and packaged within 7 business days.
All other products:
All parts, tools, kits and other accessory's not under the SWAG drop down are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
ORDER SHIPPING
All orders over $350 will require a signature upon delivery.
After your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping time to receive your order is usually between 3 to 5 business days in the U.S.A.
Please note that holidays, time away, or a national crisis will effect fulfillment and shipping times.
Also be aware order fulfillment, and order shipping are two separate processes, meaning your SWAG product could take up to 12 total business days to arrive. Although the orders are usually received sooner we like to provide the longer date as a cushion to fall back on.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
(ANY ORDER WITH AN ADRESS NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES)
International orders are NOT always processed the same as domestic orders. Please allow up to 7 days processing for orders not under the SWAG section of the website. For our safety and dependent upon product availability Naughty Boy RC reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason.
Shipping rates are calculated by the UPS and DHL calculator and may not always be 100% accurate for international orders. In the case your orders shipping cost exceeds the calculated rate we will contact you with an invoice for a revised cost.
DHL Expedited is not available to us at this time. All worldwide expatiated orders will be shipped through UPS.

FREE and FLAT RATE shipping advertisements do NOT apply to international orders! FREE and FLAT RATE shipping advertisements are reserved for Domestic United States of America (USA) orders ONLY! FREE and FLAT RATE shipping advertisements also exclude APO, FPO, Alaska/Hawaii and any territory's the USA may hold.
